This hotel is ok have stayed here two times before. The location is good close to all the action with no issues at all. The swimming pool is ideal and the beach is a 1 minute walk away too.

It is the good memmory, hotel not far from beach.

They stay was great however the breakfast was terrible and the rooms were basic.

This is a good hotel, The staff were very helpful and the pool was very nice.

I had a very relaxing and fun trip to Phi Phi. I spent most of my time outside of the hotel.

They offer good breakfast (including papaya, among other delights!), are set in a great garden and have an excellent position

Perfect located on the beach and not to far from the city centre . Nice staff and small bungalows.

i didn't know that the pool would be under construction and wish I would have known that before. Also, having access to pools that are a 10 min walk is not a benefit. Furthermore, the rooms were not well kept. I've stayed at the P.P. Casita four times and this time the rooms looked run down. I may reconsider next time.

Nice og billige priser. Service er fair. I og mand er nemt at rejse rundt fra udvej. Vi foretrak at bo i en bungalow, men det var fuldt booket. Vi gjorde sent.

Some of the stairs / walkways need to be repaired. I trashed an ashtray for which I had to pay 75 or 100 THB (should be involved in the benefit the hotel gets - at least that's what we think over here)

the persola staff on the check-in were very very nice and also the boys who help us with our luggarges. A very good service.

We had heard great things about PP Casita from friends who had visited, so we stayed, and loved it, and have recommended it to our friends as well. We will definitely stay again when we return to Thailand! Thanks!

Although overall was an excellent hotel, the price could be a little more competitive. If I go again to PhiPhi, I'll stay at Casita.

I like the hotel but my credit card number was stolen and I was charged a large amount. HSBC resolved this, but I will go through a travel agent in the future.

The restaurant service was average but the location is good.

Stayed there 3 times and love it!

The restaurant service was slow and the food terrible. The value for money was lessened by the inability to have friends and family view and spend time in my room and the hotel's facilities without incurring fines or threatened with police prosecution. The staff at night and security were rude and authoritative, treating me with disdain and disrespect. I will be recommending that people do NOT stay at the PP Casita hotel.
